Pet Policy
$500 one-time, non-refundable pet fee

NO Unauthorized animals are allowed on property.

ONE pet per home, indoors only, under 20 lbs.

Must be preapproved and have pet fee PAID.

No dog houses, lead lines, or pets tied up outside.

Pet must be on a LEASH, ATTENDED while outside.

You must scoop poop.

Your animal must be in your control at all times.

Any breach in these rules will result in termination of your lease.
